For some patients who endure hair transplant surgery, the hair that has been transplanted simply does not grow at the transplanted site and not only that, the donor site from which the good hair was removed can actually be more damaged and leave the patient balder than before the surgery.

Many patients also experience scarring from the donor site, which can be particularly difficult if the donor site was on a part of the scalp! Unfortunately there are many people who endure several transplant procedures all in a row, shelling out an enormous amount of cash before they realize that the transplants have not taken and are not growing properly.

Of course not only does this leave the patient frustrated and shorter on cash, but it can also leave them with an even deeper obsession over the baldness than before. So as you can see hair restoration does not come without its challenges. Hair restoration problems must be thoroughly considered before you make any decision to go forward with any hair restoration procedure. While hair restoration certainly has the ability to help you feel and look better, there are simply no guarantees with the outcomes of these procedures.
